Helped Figment become the largest Solana validator twice—first in November 2025, then again from March 2026 after migrating to Rakurai with a meaningful lift in rewards rate. Keeping validators among the best-performing through hands-on multifactorial data work, MEV optimization, and careful, delegator-aligned monetization (shred forwarding, backruns, landing integrations). Enable sales, marketing, and protocol teams with evidence-backed recommendations; represent Figment to the Solana ecosystem, including Foundation engagement and upgrade readiness (e.g. Alpenglow).
Built and launched Where's My Dough, a personal finance app aggregating real-time transaction and investments data streams from Plaid and MX, with LLM pipelines for transaction categorization, insights generation, budgeting, and more.
Built Streams from scratch—a real-time blockchain data push API, still the backbone of QuickNode’s data stack—and took it to market with pricing grounded in financials and competitive dynamics, sales playbooks, and scaled acquisition channels. Solved reorg handling, block latency, and data correctness across EVM and Solana; led pre-indexing on 20+ EVM chains and Solana RPC (50–90% margin improvements). Grew the data product portfolio with a wallet key-value store, Functions for on-chain actions, and related offerings. Data-backed partner to CEO, CPO, VP Product, and marketing on GTM; owned customer feedback and product issues from day one.
Built a rewards tracking system that normalized data from multiple block explorers. Managed DataHub, a managed RPC node service and a multi-chain API gateway across 20+ protocols, and led its migration strategy.
3x RPC product revenue by pairing volume pricing and developer-focused features with continuous discovery through Telegram community research, in-person and Zoom interviews, product analytics, and funnel analysis. Launched managed node and RPC services for Polygon and BSC during the 2021 bull run.
Launched an AI product for COVID health and safety risk management, later adopted by AWS Marketplace and a major California pharmacy chain. Took care of account management for a major business travel public company, healthcare, and fintech clients.
Led development of Hyperledger Iroha with a global team of 15. Built and deployed Bakong, one of the first live CBDC implementations, which reached 15% national adoption in Cambodia. Co-authored a BFT consensus algorithm (published pre-print).
Personal finance tracker for Canadians — aggregates Plaid and MX feeds, uses LLMs to decode and categorize raw transaction data.
Book in progress mapping who benefits from whom in on-chain trading under instant finality—validators, searchers, mempools, builders, and the rest—across Solana, Hyperliquid, Ethereum, and L2s.
Plant care PWA — photo-based plant identification, AI-generated care plans, check-in tracking over time.
Wardrobe decluttering PWA — catalog what you own, use generative AI to classify outfits and looks, and organize items into capsules for a simpler closet.
Hypertrophy training app for a coaching practice—bidirectional Google Sheets sync with the coach’s spreadsheets, client workout logging and feedback, offline-first UX for spotty gym connectivity, and Capacitor bridges to Apple Health and Google Fit for steps, calories, and related metrics that inform programming.
Privacy-first macOS time tracker which observes active-window context and suggests concise task summaries with local AI (Ollama). ActivityWatch timelines, Pomodoro focus, and SwiftUI reports; all data stays on-device.
macOS iPod manager for syncing a self-hosted music library onto classic iPods—pairs with Lidarr (open-source “Sonarr for music” that indexes albums on your NAS or home server), including remote-to-local path mapping. Handles libgpod/iTunesDB plumbing, FFmpeg transcoding (FLAC/WAV/AIFF to MP3), duplicate cleanup, and podcast uploads with chapter support.
